Victorian Pinot Grigio

Pale straw with green gold tints. There are aromas of fresh Corella pear with subtle undertones of musk, pink roses and spice. Generous flavours of pear and apple compote are balanced by refreshing grapefruit acidity. The finish is crisp and fresh, true to the Grigio style. Best enjoyed now, served with Thai fish cakes or Vietnamese cold rolls.
