The Prosecco grape has its origins on the cool slopes of the Veneto region of
North East Italy. Taking inspiration from their Italian heritage, the grapes
for Redbank Prosecco are grown on small family owned vineyards.
All aspects of winemaking are focussed on maintaining a refreshing, crisp
sparkling wine with delicate flavour. The grapes are harvested and pressed
on a gentle cycle to minimise phenolics and then fermented to produce a
classic crisp Prosecco style.
